More of our clients want the daily practices longevity experts such as Gary Brecka talk about, including heat, cold, red light, movement and rest, available at home rather than across town.
We design these spaces to feel like part of the house, not a row of equipment in the garage. Then we coordinate the power, plumbing, drainage and ventilation each one needs with your contractor, so each system is planned in from the start rather than retrofitted later.
Heat, Cold and Light
Contrast rooms that sit side by side, so moving from sauna to cold plunge takes a few steps, not a walk across the house.

Saunas
Traditional and infrared saunas in cedar or thermo-aspen, with glass fronts, ventilation and lighting planned in.
Cold Plunges
Chilled plunge tubs set in stone or tile, with dedicated chillers, drains and slip-resistant surrounds.
Red Light Therapy Rooms
Panels mounted at the right height and distance, on their own circuit, in a calm room with reflective finishes.
Steam Rooms
Sealed, sloped-ceiling steam rooms with benches and controls placed for comfort and service access.
Contrast Therapy Circuits
Sauna, cold plunge, shower and rest area arranged as one loop with towels, hooks and benches where you need them.
Movement and Recovery
Training rooms designed for the equipment you actually use, with floors, ceilings and power that can handle it.

Home Gyms
Daylight, mirrors, rubber or wood flooring and ceiling heights that work for overhead lifts and cardio.
EMS Workout Suit Studios
A clean, compact room for electrical muscle stimulation training, with Wi-Fi, outlets and space for a trainer.
Workout Equipment Planning
Racks, reformers, rowers and cable machines laid out with clearances, anchoring and floor loading checked.
Recovery Lounges
A quiet space for compression boots, percussion tools, a massage table and stretching.
Calm, Rest and Clean Air
The quieter side of wellness, built into bedrooms and private corners of the home.
Meditation Rooms
Acoustically quiet rooms with soft, dimmable light, natural materials and no screens.
Sleep-First Bedrooms
Blackout shades, warm evening lighting scenes and cool, quiet mechanical systems.
Whole-Home Water and Air Filtration
Filtration and purification equipment located with access for service, plus hydrogen water at the kitchen or bar.
Planning and Material Procurement
Wellness rooms bring heavy equipment and serious utility needs. Some clients want a full wellness wing designed from scratch; others need help choosing and installing a single sauna or plunge. We tailor the scope to the project.
When we handle procurement, we confirm electrical loads, drain locations and ventilation with each manufacturer before ordering, and schedule deliveries around the build.
Wellness Program and Layout
Which practices you use, how often and in what order, turned into a layout that flows.
Utility and Ventilation Planning
Dedicated circuits, water, drains, waterproofing and exhaust coordinated with your engineers and trades.
Equipment Procurement
Saunas, plunges, panels and fitness equipment ordered with verified specs and delivery windows.
Installation and Handover
Install sequencing with the trades and a walkthrough of every system before you start using it.

FAQ
Health, Wellness and Longevity Design, Answered
What does a home cold plunge need?
A level, waterproofed area, a dedicated circuit for the chiller, a nearby drain and a slip-resistant surround. Indoor plunges also need ventilation for humidity.
Can a sauna go indoors?
Yes. Indoor saunas need a dedicated electrical circuit, proper ventilation and moisture-tolerant surrounding finishes. We plan all three with your contractor.
How much space does a red light therapy room need?
A small room or alcove is enough. What matters most is panel placement, distance from the body and a dedicated outlet.
Do you recommend specific wellness protocols?
No. We design the spaces. Protocols should come from your physician or health professional.
